* To serve as local representative for overseas employer(s).

* To serve as a bridge between the Nepali human resources and the overseas employer(s).

* To serve as liaison/local representative for overseas employer(s) to complete government formalities for recruitment, arrangements for interview, pre-selection and selection of manpower and other assignments as required.

* To provide timely communication, professional services to the worker(s) and overseas employer(s).

* Liaison with country concerned Embassy, Consulate for documentation and other procedures for visa related matters.

* In-country contact of worker(s) with concerned employer(s)
